Mind, Body, Stress & Shock

Mind / Body Connection to Shock & Trauma

Your mind is incredible!

The brain has been compared to a computer in a sort of bio-computer analogy. The analogy has power–but it is an understatement.

Science has discovered many of the hard wired connections that appear to give the brain/mind so much control over the body (health, wellness, longevity, youthfulness) and our destinies in terms of success, learning, wealth and prosperity.

In fact, it seems like it must have been the dark ages when people doubted the role of the mind in creating their lives. Still, what we have discovered is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

No one is trying to control your mind except you, but on the flip side, we become our own jailers. We allow outside influences, bad behaviour, rudeness and the stress of others to affect our wellbeing.

There are many estimates by experts regarding the brain/mind. Most agree that at least three relevant observations are true:

1.         Somehow the mind can alter and control even things formerly thought to be a matter of DNA.

2.         Only approximately 10% of the brain’s ability is tapped by normal people. The remaining 90% can be likened to an unused muscle–atrophied.

3.         There is no law of limitation except that which is self imposed. Most have literally been programmed, like a computer, with what computer people term GIGO (garbage in, garbage out). That is, they have been subjected to repeated messages teaching self-doubt, fear, anxiety, etc. These messages are represented by neural pathways and the more we allow ourselves to be governed by negativity the stronger the neural pathway.

This programmed language of limitation has become a life script, their expectation, and therefore most of their reality. The mind is the ultimate frontier. Your potential is probably yet unrealized.

When shock or trauma strikes there are consequences – they may not be straight away but the longer they are ignored the more severe the consequences can be.

We think, although of course cannot yet prove, that the resulting damage by shock and trauma to our energy system also resides in the unknown 90% of the human brain.

What we do know, beyond doubt, is that we can fix any resultant damage to the way our bodies work, and we can do this very simply.

When a shock or trauma affects our bodies, it leaves behind an imprint which contains information relevant to that shock or trauma. And this is what can, and eventually will, affect how well our bodies ward of dis-ease.

If the shock or trauma was minor we won’t even remember it happening over time, and this is the body’s way of keeping us safe from harm.

Unfortunately over time the damage is added to and the body can no longer ignore the disruption to the energy.

This is where some kind of health issue comes into play. It could be just the common cold, indigestion, sore muscles or itchy skin. But let that damage go unchecked and we can be looking at serious consequences.

Now there is a way we can keep ourselves healthy, and providing there is nothing requiring some kind of medical intervention or treatment, we can do this repair ourselves.

We can become our own health mechanic!
